Read settings body through the fl-url body reader

fl-url 0.7.0 (caaa23f) removed receive_body() and get_body_as_slice().
SettingsReaderInner and the code generated by #[derive(SettingsModel)]
now read the body with get_body() + into_vec(MAX_SETTINGS_BODY_SIZE),
which limits a settings body to 1 MB.
