Upgrade guide

This release bumps the minimum required PHP version to 8.0 and contains a few other changes which might require your attention:

• We have removed the vendor folder from our codebase. It's still added to our .zip file so manual installations are not affected, but if you have installed our plugin using a dependency manager, you will now need to require our dependencies as well.
• We have prefixed our plugin options with myparcelcom_ to avoid potential clashes with other plugins. If you have custom code that relies on our legacy option codes such as client_key or shipment_track_key you should start using the new values.
