What

Genesis PR for my-idea — the front door for exploring new ideas (design plan: my-things-core#51, docs/tools/my-idea.md).

  • myidea new "..." files a my-idea-labeled issue (Policy-gated).
  • myidea list prints the open ideas.
  • myidea explore --issue N gathers deterministic grounding (org repo names, the docs/tools/ design index, sibling idea issues), makes exactly one Engine call, and posts a structured brief on the issue: restatement, overlaps (cite-only-from-grounding — unknown tool names are dropped), contract fit, risks, smallest buildable slice, verdict (build/park/fold), probing questions. --local-only prints instead and touches nothing remote (the Verify seam). Against NoopEngine: keyword-matched grounding only, never fabricated judgment.

Scaffolded from my-template@main (harness v2, five seams filled, seam-check + drift tests, .claude/ secret deny-list).

Verified

  • GITHUB_ACTIONS=true pytest: 7 passed (explore happy path + NoopEngine degrade + Policy-DENY honesty + keyword overlaps + new/list, seam check, harness drift); ruff check + format --check clean.
  • Dev-ledger scaffold + build entries recorded.

myidea new/list/explore: deterministic grounding (org repos, design-plan
index, sibling ideas), exactly one Engine call producing the exploration
brief (restatement, cite-only overlaps, contract fit, risks, smallest
slice, verdict, questions), posted as an issue comment through Policy.
NoopEngine degrades to keyword-matched grounding only.
