Spotify Web 1.45 - Failed Page Load Screen Now Also Shows on Connection Loss

Extends the 1.40 failed page load screen to also cover losing connection while the app is already open. Before, the error screen only appeared when a page failed to load, so if you were listening to a song and lost connection, nothing happened until you restarted the app or toggled a setting that forces a reload.

The app now detects when your device loses its network. If it's still offline after 3 seconds (so a momentary drop doesn't interrupt playback), it reloads the page and brings up the same error screen, with the same automatic retries and manual "Retry" button as 1.40.

Also rewords the error messages from "Spotify's login page..." to "Spotify's webpage...".
