v1.4.4 In-game message display fixes and patching fix

This release is fully compatible with seeds generated by earlier 1.4.x versions.

Known issues:

• Yoda and Yoda (Ghost) have gained the ability to perform a buggy wall jump due to the extra flags they have been given, these will be swapped to a different flag that actually does nothing.
• The world's logic thinks that Yoda can wear hats (Yoda (Ghost) is unaffected).

Fixes:

• Fix a couple of cases that could prevent in-game messages from being displayed.
• Fix the check that the game has loaded enough to be patched.

Changes:

• Free Play picking a character that can zap has been replaced with picking a character that can remove Droideka shields, so it now includes all Jedi and Bounty Hunters in addition to characters that have zappers.
