• SSH Agent forwarding: Automatically forward local SSH_AUTH_SOCK into devcontainers.
  Each window gets its own forwarded socket under /tmp/codium-open-remote-devcontainer-ipc
  and SSH_AUTH_SOCK is set accordingly. With "Reload window", existing terminals may
  need to be re-created. This is experimental. Please report issues here.
• Fix "Show configuration": Now opens the devcontainer.json file in the current workspace context.
• Fix config-file watcher not triggering rebuild prompt in a remote session.

Misc / Dev:

• ExecCtx code refactor. Expose spawn alongside run (used for socket stream)
