  • Fixed: Windows release packaging now runs a packaged executable smoke test before publishing the installer, catching launch-time packaging failures before the .exe reaches GitHub releases.
  • Changed: startup failures now write startup-error.log beside the normal FreqInOut log directory so Windows users have a clear diagnostic file when the GUI cannot open.
