v0.11.5 — PA Gain ready-to-calibrate indicator
Lyra v0.11.5
Hardware / scope: Hermes Lite 2 / 2+ over HPSDR Protocol 1. RX, plus
CW / SSB / AM / DSB / SAM / FM and digital (TCI / VAC) transmit. Windows
only for now (Linux / macOS planned, not yet buildable).
A small polish release: setting up per-band power calibration is now
harder to get wrong.
Ready-to-calibrate indicator (Settings → PA Gain)
Calibrating a band needs a full-drive TUN in a voice mode — but the two
easy trips (being in CW, or tuning below full drive) used to fail silently.
Now a live indicator sits right next to the Calibrate this band button and
tells you where you stand at a glance:
- green
READY ✓— you're set (voice mode, full drive). - red
⚠ IN CW — CAN'T TUNE— the band is in CW, which makes no steady
tune carrier. Mode is remembered per band, so it's easy to land on 15 / 10 m
in CW without noticing — switch to SSB / AM / FM to calibrate. - amber
⚠ …% — NOT FULL— the drive TUN will use isn't 100 %.
It follows the right drive automatically: your TX Drive slider, or —
if you've set a separate tune drive in Settings → TX — the Tune slider
or Fixed tune drive, and it names which one to bump.
Upgrade note: nothing about your operating changes — this is purely a
clearer calibration setup. If your bands are already calibrated, they stay
calibrated.
