SDRLogger+ v0.45 Beta
🐛 Bug Fixes
- HamLib — IC-9100 model number corrected from
368to3068in the Settings page example and help guide rig table - HamLib — Band/mode changes from the QSO panel now suppress the frequency poller for 4 seconds, preventing the form from reverting immediately after a user-initiated change
- HamLib — Mode-only changes (no frequency) from the QSO form no longer return a 400 error
- HamLib — Full bidirectional mode name map: USB, CW, CWR/CWL, PKTUSB↔DIGU, PKTLSB↔DIGL, RTTYR↔RTTY-R and more
- HamLib — Poller interval reduced from 1500 ms to 750 ms for more responsive frequency/mode updates
- CW Page — Audio ScriptProcessor buffer size fixed (960 is not a power-of-two at 48 kHz — now correctly rounds up to 1024), resolving the "buffer size must be 0 or a power of two" browser error
- CW Page — Connection badge now correctly shows WinKeyer (amber) when WinKeyer is the active CW path instead of incorrectly showing HamLib
✨ New / Changed
- OmniRig removed — OmniRig rig control has been removed. COM mode changes were silently ignored by the IC-9100 due to a cross-process SetSimplexMode limitation. Use TCI (Thetis), flrig, or HamLib for rig control. All OmniRig references removed from UI, settings, help guide, and wiki.
- WinKeyer — Settings expanded: Key Output port (PORT1 / PORT2 / Both), Enable PTT, and Keyer Mode (Iambic A / Iambic B / Ultimatic / Bug) now configurable
- WinKeyer — Protocol fixes: correct 8N2 serial framing, proper DTR assertion, correct Mode Register command (0x0E), and corrected Host Open/Close initialization sequence
- Club Log — API key field removed — only your email and Application Password are required (no developer key needed)
- Club Log — Upload Designator field added: a single letter (default
B) is recorded against uploaded QSOs to prevent duplicates on future uploads - QRZ — Subscription cost removed from UI and documentation; links directly to the QRZ subscription page
📋 Notes
- WinKeyer CW keying is under active development. Basic connectivity and protocol initialization have been significantly improved in this release.
- If upgrading from v0.44, your QSO database and settings are preserved automatically.
