🛰 SAT Map Footprint Accuracy Fix

The yellow coverage circle on the Satellite map was rendering ~2× too large across every bird. Root cause: the CSN S.A.T. controller's satFootprint JSON field is actually the diameter in km (inheriting the predict / Gpredict convention where satFootprint = 12756.33 · acos(R/(R+h)) at 0° horizon), but SDRLogger+ was feeding it to Leaflet as a radius — so every footprint was drawn at twice its real coverage area.

HOT Spot picker from DX Feeds now obtains only the DX -Expedition Callsign(s) that will be used ( prior release grab all involved with expedition)
