What's new

🧭 Rotator Control panel — EL dropped + bounce eliminated
Tester reports of a ~15 s "bounce" in the Rotator Control panel (cosmetic only —
ARCO tracking worked perfectly throughout) led us to a 1559-line ARCO TCP debug
capture that showed zero timeouts, disconnects, or fault transitions. So the
bounce wasn't a network/socket issue — it was the position display string
changing width on the page (—° → 245° → ↻ 245° → ↻ 245° / 30°) and the
fault dot toggling in/out of the flex row. Both forced a reflow on every poll.

Fixes:

• Position field now displays AZ-only for both PstRotator and ARCO (the
  / NN° elevation suffix is gone — backend still emits el for diagnostics;
  SAT-mode AZ/EL handling is untouched).
• #rot-fault-dot now uses visibility:hidden instead of display:none so
  it always reserves space and never causes a flex reflow when toggling.
• .rb-val gets min-width: 5.5ch so the position string can no longer push
  siblings around as it changes length.

v1.10's SAT-map footprint formula (r = R · acos(R / (R + h))) carries forward
unchanged. Option 3 (EPSG:4326 marker-alignment / plate-carrée look) remains
deferred for a later release.

Install

Download SDRLoggerPlus-Setup-1.11.exe and run it. The installer will upgrade
an existing v1.10 install in place — your settings, log database, and POTA
log database are preserved.
