RICH hit spread

This algorithm aims at rejecting multi-track events and it corresponds to a cut on the spread in x and y of RICH hits in time with respect to the L0 trigger.

The cut tested on 2014 data (run 1520) is: (Dx < 400mm && Dy < 400mm) (see pag 24 here). The algorithm has been deployed on NA62 PC-farm during 2015 run.
