How can I fix this?

@tloubrieu-jpl an EC2 instance in AWS. This is a new EC2 that is different from the previous one we were using to load data into the Registry.

When harvest or registry-mgr run from a new IP, it needs to be whitelisted. We are doing this update now server side.
