Outcome
Fix stage-only container image provisioning after the real b8 artifact build failed with
/usr/local/bin/pnpm: Permission denied.Safe archive extraction intentionally discards source permissions, so the recipe now explicitly installs executable mode on pnpm, pnpx, and Yarn entrypoints before creating stable symlinks.
The failed build created no image alias and changed no current alias. The corrected immutable standard candidate advances from container b8 to b9.
