The installed nddev-builder preset now names the consumer path: scaffold, passport, compose, install, target status, immutable release, requested publication. Flags come from machine help.
The stranded-file guard walks every file a skill ships. Adding the lifecycle page raised the walk by one. Codex stays at zero.
