Logging with NLog:

• Logs are written to the logs/logfile.txt file.
• Logs include information about the selected folder, successfully processed files, and errors.

Detailed messages:

• When processing is complete, the list of files that could not be processed is displayed.
• Information about the number of successfully processed and unprocessed files is added to the text field and to the log.

Convert Dat to Json

Now the program processes subfolders (doodad_map, npc_map) and saves JSON files to the corresponding folders.
