• v0.2 catalogue binding for the disclosed protocol bytes

Verification:

• 28 of 28 seeded process faults caught, N=28
• 0 of 11 invalid manifest fixtures returned exit 0, N=11
• 8 of 8 seeded grounding faults caught, N=8
• 20 Markdown checks across four files: 17 passes and three exact-hash overrides for frozen v0.1 prose, bold and heading findings

Limit: no subject has completed v0.2 end to end. Gate results establish the stated mechanical behaviour, not research correctness.
