v2.1.0 - Multilingual models & Nordic languages

What's New

• All models now multilingual — Medium model switched from English-only (medium.en) to multilingual (medium)
• New Large v3 model (~1.5 GB) — Best accuracy for non-English languages
• Nordic languages added — Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish now available in language picker
• Model recommendation — Settings now shows a star on Large v3 Turbo (best for English) with a hint for other languages

Installation

1. Download Speech.app.zip below
2. Unzip and drag Speech.app to /Applications/

macOS Gatekeeper: Since the app is not notarized, macOS may block it on first launch. To fix:

• Right-click Speech.app → Open → Open again
• Or: System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down → Open Anyway

This only needs to be done once.
