Bring the attestation page up to the enforced gate: the kernel self-attestation now refuses the jump on failure and the enrolled root is mandatory at build time, so the zeroed-root wording is corrected. Adds a section on the defend and attack tooling that proves the gate adversarially, and an FAQ covering transparency, the post-quantum basis, soundness parameters, revocation by epoch, and failure behaviour. Verified against the code with file and line references.

The self-attestation now gates the jump and the enrolled root is mandatory
at build time, so correct the section that described a zeroed root as
trusting nothing. Add a section on the defend and attack tooling that
proves the gate adversarially, and an FAQ covering transparency, the
post-quantum basis, soundness parameters, revocation by epoch, and what a
failure does.
