EchoPosture GA-1.2.1

This release packages the current remote main as a sanitized portable Windows x64 build.

Fixed

• Preserved the tray flyout's translated monitoring state across language changes and reopening.
• Guarded tray pause, resume, and recalibration controls while onboarding or startup calibration is active.
• Restored the flyout switch and label when a tray toggle is rejected during startup calibration.
• Resumed the monitoring worker after successful startup calibration when monitoring had already been requested.

Sanitized package contents

The ZIP contains only the Windows executables, required application modules and resources, the embedded Python runtime, license, user README, and build metadata.

It does not include repository metadata, workflows, development or audit documents, project tests, source build directories, local logs, credentials, or personal machine paths.

Verification

• Tray flyout regression tests passed.
• Startup calibration guard tests passed: 8/8.
• Feature toggle tests passed: 4/4.
• Vision worker tests passed: 6/6.
• Python source compilation passed.
• Windows launcher and native blur host build passed.
• Package self-test passed the GPU host, Debug UI, and Vision stages.
• The Tray stage started correctly but could not complete calibration because the current camera frame contained no detectable face or shoulders; this stage remains dependent on a live usable camera sample.
• ZIP entry audit reported forbidden_entries=0.
• Sensitive-content scan found no local user paths, API keys, tokens, logs, or internal work files.
