Beta2 is the generic custom-endpoint tool-compatibility foundation for CodexHub 0.1.8.

Included:

  • runtime-derived tool compatibility with conservative native/adapt/omit handling;
  • exact provider/model identity with no model fallback;
  • preserved Official visibility and user-owned model catalog overrides;
  • Codex CLI 0.146 compatibility and Beta1 continuation/context-window fixes.

Qualification:

  • final source: 48efb0a91dfe5533dff5ee0b0f13e4acd913cb8c;
  • local CLI-only real-client gate: 8/8 passed (Codex CLI, OpenCode, Pi, OMP; Official Luna and Ollama Cloud);
  • normal/debug installers, signatures, manifests, and Portable archives are bound to the same source revision;
  • GitHub Actions is intentionally disabled for this project; local verification is authoritative.

Beta2 does not advertise named third-party model support or cross-Provider hosted-tool proxying. Advanced Code Mode, tool_search, Collaboration V2, Chat, and maintained-Provider regression qualification remain later campaign work.
