Highlights

• Generic Collaboration V2 workflow complete and verified end-to-end with the real Codex CLI: full six-tool lifecycle (spawn / send_message / followup_task / wait_agent / interrupt_agent / list_agents), native + adapted Responses variants, fail-before-mutation negative cases (#252, #282, #283, #392, #199)
• Fixed subagent workflow blockers: agent_type schema mismatch and worker-binding history poisoning (#408)
• Gateway now starts with valid external Providers when Codex sign-in / safe Official snapshot is unavailable; Official models stay gated until a safe snapshot exists (#403)
• Codex Desktop built-in ImageGen requests forwarded to the authoritative Official upstream; rejected POST bodies safely drained (#401, #402)
• Provider Test distinguishes a missing model from an unsupported endpoint (#404); Provider model discovery no longer loses models to a stale editor draft (#405)

• Python core: 2351 passed (2 known environment-only failures)
• Beta3.3 lineage regressions (Chat/history/output-limit): 215 passed
• Contract suites: 32 passed; ImageGen/POST-drain: 664 passed; Provider: 167 passed
• cargo clippy clean; frontend ui-contract 151 passed; installer build (normal + debug) and manifest verification passed
• Issue-369 matrix: OK at candidate SHA
