AreaDetector plugins refactored

  • Proposal directory writing is now a mix-in class
  • AreaDetector timestamping is now a mix-in class
  • HDF5 plugin can be composed from base HDF5 class + Proposal Directory + timestamps

Notes

  • TIFF plugin has not been refactored, as the Tiled container we are using does not have the AD_TIFF_TS handler, and so cannot be tested.
  • TIFF timestamps may need a slightly different shape, compared to HDF5 (untested)
