ServerFS v0.13.0

Highlights

• Adds native macOS filesystem and Agent deployment for Apple silicon on macOS 27 Golden Gate (native arm64).
• Shares POSIX filesystem and Codex seams across Linux and macOS, with Darwin acceptance evidence.
• Closes the v0.13 cross-platform release audit, including Windows native-wheel metadata alignment and native CI regression fixes.

Upgrade notes

• macOS support is limited to Apple M-series, native arm64, macOS 27 Golden Gate; Intel, Rosetta, macOS 26/28, and darwin-amd64 are not supported.
• The Windows release workflow will attach the product, native Windows, and Agent Bridge wheels to this release and update the managed asset section with their URLs and SHA-256 digests.

Windows installation assets (Python >= 3.12; no Rust/MSVC/Docker required)

The three release wheels install into two isolated environments, matching the
frozen ServerFS/Agent-Bridge process boundary (the supervisor selects the Bridge
interpreter through SERVERFS_BRIDGE_PYTHON; the packages never share one dependency
graph):
