  • f5b4783 fix(ci): trigger krew-index update via workflow_run Events created by GITHUB_TOKEN do not trigger other workflows, so release.published never fired the krew update. Switch to workflow_run chained to 'Release Binaries' to guarantee execution after a successful release.
  • 6f02e6f fix(ci): gate krew-index update behind asset readiness check Split release into two jobs: goreleaser and update-krew-index. The krew job waits for assets to be downloadable via HTTP HEAD checks with nick-fields/retry before running krew-release-bot. Remove the separate krew-index-release workflow.
