• Add the Curator Next curation recipe for embedding-based clustering, de-duplication, and
  fairness-balanced selection, plus video-captioning and embeddings (text/image/action)
  pipelines.
• Add a Ray Data data-integrity pipeline for AV sessions, an observation-timeline artifact, a
  forward-only streaming camera sensor, Foxglove GPS mapping, and structured AlignmentError
  handling for sampling windows.
• Add failure recovery for the egocentric (robot-action-split) pipeline so reruns resume from
  already-committed Lance fragments instead of reprocessing, incremental video split, and NVCF
  split benchmarks with OTLP telemetry.

Fixed

• Stop ffmpeg subprocesses hanging under Ray 2.57, and fix xenna P2P chunk paths/body limits.
• Correct data-integrity handling of unreachable data, stale paths, and int64 overflow in
  sampling-distance comparisons; sampling windows no longer restrict source data eligibility.
• Fix pre-signed output temp-dir handling, generic artifactory lookups, and robot-action-split
  Lance fragment/schema issues.
