We upgraded our Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) cluster from OpenShift 4.18 to 4.20. After the upgrade, the OpenShift web console is failing when accessing the GPU/CPU-related console page and displays the following React error:
Error: Minified React error #306

We identified that the cluster is using the NVIDIA dynamic console plugin:
console-plugin-nvidia-gpu
The plugin manifest contains multiple OpenShift Console extensions, including:
console.cluster-overview/utilization-item
console.dashboards/overview/health/prometheus
console.cluster-overview/inventory-item
console.dashboards/overview/detail/item
console.navigation/href
console.page/route
console.project-overview/utilization-item
console.project-overview/inventory-item
The manifest also specifies:
"dependencies": {
"@console/pluginAPI": "*"
}
The issue started immediately after upgrading ARO/OpenShift from 4.18 to 4.20. We would like to confirm whether the currently deployed console-plugin-nvidia-gpu version is compatible with OpenShift 4.20, or whether an updated NVIDIA GPU Operator/console-plugin version is required.
Could you please confirm:
Compatibility of the current NVIDIA GPU console plugin with OpenShift 4.20.
Whether React error #306 is a known issue with the NVIDIA console plugin on OpenShift 4.20.
The recommended NVIDIA GPU Operator/console plugin version for OpenShift 4.20.
Whether there is a known fix, patch, or upgrade procedure for this issue.
The NVIDIA GPU functionality itself is working, but the web console UI is not accessible after the OpenShift upgrade.
