Why

The docs/v0.6.1-rc artifact manifest still described the 0.6.0 artifact set. The patch candidate changes 16 of 51 artifact entries and includes a remediated Cassandra image with a different public catalog name.

What changed

• Updated docs/v0.6.1-rc/manifest.md for the 0.6.0-rc.118 payload.
• Documented Cassandra as cassandra:2.0.1 and moved Cassandra artifacts out of the EA-only CVE section.
• Updated public distribution locations while retaining pre-publication locations for versions that are not yet public.
• Updated the versioned image-mirroring examples to use 0.6.0-rc.118.

Customer Release Notes

The 0.6.1 release-candidate documentation now lists the matching artifact versions and distribution locations.
