…t catalog re-sign) Updates the catalog copy to the latest reviewed content from upstream digitaltwin-performance-skill (7dfd131), mirrored via hub PR NVIDIA#247: NV-BASE v3.2.2 dedup cleanup (SPDX .md headers, ## Instructions/## Output Format consolidation, instancing-guide collapse), Tier-3 eval schema migration (skill_name + evals[]), the descent epic, customer-identifier removal, and the Tier-1 SDI-2 probe-snapshot trim. plugins/nvidia-skills regenerated byte-identical. skill.oms.sig is stale here pending a fresh signature: the hub signing pipeline is currently blocked by a CI clone-auth issue (its GitLab pipeline can't clone physical-ai-skill-hub-dev), so this content needs a direct catalog /nvskills-ci re-sign — same procedure as physical-ai-neural-reconstruction NVIDIA#361. Full skill resync from NVIDIA-dev/physical-ai-skill-hub-dev PR #247 (head ac0a52b): NVSkills Tier-1/Tier-3 fixes (evals.json canonical flat root array, restructure-mode.md anti-refusal warn/confirm, SPDX header cleanup in report templates) plus upstream dedup cleanup + descent work.
