1.2.1 - RetroAchievements Support & Newer Vulkan Driver

  • Added RetroAchievements support.
  • Updated NVK to Mesa 26.1.5.
  • Reworked LSFG frame generation for lower Vulkan submission and CPU synchronization overhead.
  • Added adaptive LSFG source-rate detection:
    • 25/30 FPS games use LSFG 2x generation.
    • Native 50/60 FPS games remain on the normal presentation path instead of being throttled to 25/30 FPS by the 60 Hz FIFO display.
  • Added runtime disc swapping.
  • Added dedicated PS2 BIOS launcher tile, Android-style Game Fixes, and Advanced per-game settings.
  • Reduced controller input latency with an optimized high-rate polling path.
