Sort your own projects
Every project now lands in Not Sorted and stays there until you say otherwise. Workbench used to guess Runnable for anything with a start command, which meant a fresh scan of a few hundred folders arrived pre-labelled with a status you never chose.
Experiment is now a real status too, so the Experiments shelf holds what you put there instead of "everything not shipped, in progress, broken or dead". Existing auto-assigned Runnable projects are moved to Not Sorted on first launch; anything you set by hand is untouched.
Fixes
- The contribution heatmap shaded each day against the single busiest day, so one heavy day flattened the whole grid into a single dull tone once enough repos were scanned. It now scales against the days that actually have commits.
