- member.avatar_value 컬럼을 varchar(100)에서 varchar(500)으로 확장
- JPA 엔티티의 avatar_value 길이 제약을 동일하게 변경
- 기존 Flyway 이력을 보존하고 V6 마이그레이션 추가
- 운영 환경의 긴 커스텀 아바타 URL 저장 실패 해결
