Highlights

  • Reworks the main README around clear first-use paths and a five-minute quick start.
  • Adds a complete usage guide for developers and AI coding assistants.
  • Documents scaffold generation, GitHub Template initialization, Workshop Tools directory mapping, validation, updates, and common errors.
  • Improves the standalone template README so it can be used without first reading the full handbook.

Runtime validation in Dota 2 Workshop Tools is still pending, so this remains a prerelease.
