First release of the plugin in alpha version. It SHOULD work but is NOT SUITABLE FOR PRODUCTION.

This version includes 9 kits and functions when you change the server state using the /setstate command.
Some items have changed behaviors: Saddles spawn a tamed horse, TNT is ignited and explodes in 1.5 seconds, and fire charges are throwable with a right-click.
