• scrython.cards.Manifest: New endpoint class for GET /cards/manifest, which lists Scryfall's current card offerings as thin rows for comparison against a downstream system. Paginates 15,000 entries per page and accepts lang, order, and page.
• scrython.cards.CardManifestObject: Wrapper for a manifest row, exposing card_id, oracle_id, lang, name, set_code, collector_number, created_at, data_updated_at, and image_updated_at. Full card accessors are absent by design; refetch a printing with ById or Collection to get them.
