First public release.

A Lovelace card for roller shutters that looks and moves like one: slats that keep their
size while the gaps open one at a time from the top down, light slits that are real holes
in the card, and a motion engine that paints the real journey while the shutter travels
(it learns each shutter's speed, handles Home Assistant's optimistic echo, and never
jumps or reverses).

Includes the graphical editor with the 8 typical RAL shutter finishes and sliders for
every size, and translations to Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese with English as
the default.

Install through HACS as a custom repository, or copy persiana-card.js to www/.
