Every AWS call is read-only.

NG001	A sensitiveInformationPolicy exists, so PII can be anonymized or blocked
NG002	A PROMPT_ATTACK content filter is enabled against prompt injection and jailbreaks
NG003	Credentials and financial identifiers are BLOCK, not ANONYMIZE

ANONYMIZE is insufficient for credentials: a stable token for a secret is a stable oracle for it.

Artifacts

Both the wheel and the sdist are attached and were built from this tag. The test suite runs with no AWS account and no mocks.
