- .github/workflows/release.yml: on v* tags, builds the app, stamps the
  version from the tag, and publishes AutoClicker.zip as a GitHub Release
- install.sh: one-line install/update for users (strips quarantine since
  releases are ad-hoc signed, resets the stale Accessibility grant)
- build.sh --no-install: build-only mode for CI
- untrack build/ and dist/ artifacts; releases carry the binaries now
