Stability baseline

  • Splits engine state, world progression, restoration, roster presentation, and dialog accessibility into explicit modules for safer incremental development.
  • Adds content-pack linting, a fixed deterministic replay, and a seven-scenario × 24-seed combat simulation gate.
  • Adds installed DSH lifecycle verification covering authenticated browser use, keyboard interaction, restart, disable, uninstall, save preservation, and reinstall.
  • Adds performance and size budgets for authoritative actions, large-roster restore, content composition, simulation, shipped JavaScript, assets, and save size.
  • Improves modal accessibility with labelled controls, focus containment, Escape dismissal where safe, and focus restoration.

Compatibility and verification

  • Validated against the npm-published @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.2-alpha.2 packages.
  • Preserves the existing game-state schema and automatically rewrites versioned save metadata without losing progress.
  • CI passed on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu with Node.js 22 and 24, followed by isolated tarball and Git-commit lifecycle installs: https://github.com/Nath-Vikky/dsh-codekin/actions/runs/33362892817
  • This release is distributed through GitHub. npm latest remains 0.3.5-alpha.2.
