Automated dev build of Nathanw1014/llama.cpp@strix-halo-vulkan-indexer-gen2 at 7c025e5 — vulkan: route the whole small-batch Lightning Indexer window to the decode CM shader

Test branch, not strix-halo-vulkan. This is the branch tip of
strix-halo-vulkan-indexer-gen2 = strix-halo-vulkan@397ef7c plus three commits
(pepuscz's small Lightning Indexer CM, the indexer K-fragment hoist, and the
small-batch indexer routing). Nothing else rides along.

Compile-tested and container-smoke-tested only; CI has no gfx1151, so no benchmark or correctness validation ran. Benchmark-validated releases are the v0.x line.
