Support for custom page factory providers

Add support for providing custom PageFactory. The factory is used when creating pages when:

• Bootstraping/livsyncing the application.
• Doing page navigation (with <page-router-outlet).
• When showing custom modal dialogs.

With this merged, can we now put the Side drawer over the navigation bar?

Hi @vjoao ,

Unfortunately the "over navigation bar" feature of RadSideDrawer in {N} + Angular applications is still not supported. It turned out to be a very difficult feature since the UI structure of such applications is different then the normal {N} application and also it is dynamically "changing" via the Angular 2 renderer etc.

You can follow this issue for more direct information regarding this feature of the RadSideDrawer component of the nativescript-telerik-ui plugin.

You can follow this thread about this issue: ProgressNS/nativescript-ui-feedback#61 . This feature has been implemented and is planned for release with the next major version of nativescript-telerik-ui, for more information please refer this comment.
