cli should not use --preserve-symlinks when using bun package manager

Issue Description

When I set the packageManager to bun the node --preserve-symlinks flag affects how node resolves the modules. This is clear when using a linked dependency in a monorepo.

An exception that would fix the issue is already in place for pnpm.
