Claude Desktop: one-file installation

Download cueprecise-windows.mcpb, then open Claude Desktop → Settings → Extensions → Advanced settings → Install Extension. Paste your Gemini API key when Claude asks for it. Python, Git, FFmpeg, terminal commands, and manual configuration are not required.

The complete Claude bundle is now about 86 MiB, reduced from about 225 MiB while keeping yt-dlp, FFmpeg, FFprobe, transcription, search, and frame extraction.

Also included

  • cueprecise-setup.exe for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Gemini CLI, and Claude Desktop.
  • API keys are masked in installer errors and removed from JSON backups and failed temporary writes.
  • Command-line setup can read a key from a file or standard input to keep it out of shell history.
  • SHA256SUMS.txt contains hashes for both downloads.

Important

This is an unsigned prerelease. Download it only from this GitHub repository and verify the checksum if needed.
