Chain v0.7.0-beta

Welcome to the Chain v0.7.0 Prerelease! This version adds many new features to Chain's standard library, threading, and syntax as we transition to a full release.

New Features Include:

• Visual Error Handling.
• Multithreading.
• Native Desktop Apps.
• Upgraded OOP.
• Pattern Matching/Lambdas.
• New Chain guides in Hebrew and Indonesian.

And a whole abundance of other features in the math and gui modules.

Known Issues:

• Thread Safety: thread.spawn currently lacks standard mutex/lock-guard protection. Expect data race behavior if shared memory is concurrently modified. Safety wrappers will be finalized for v0.7.0.

CREL Chain Runtime Extension Library) Has been added--allows developers to create low-level libraries for Chain using C++.
