Version 1 beta

In this release, a user can run the candy machine by editing Nebula.toml, as well as filling in the very standard metadata.json file which will then go on to mint all your NFTs.

To test:
cargo test

To run:
cargo run

To build for release:
cargo build --release

Tests include:
• Simulating contract instantiation
• Simulating NFT mint
