Nebula Launcher v1.3.1

Added mod icons to the mod store and installed mod list. Added support for LevelImposter through an updated compatibility plugin. This change is reflected in older versions but an update is reccomended. Fixed a bug where launching the app in landscape and rotating to portrait would cause formatting issues. Added support for mod updates through the update menu within the app.
