Refolio 1.2.1

Refolio 1.2.1 moves its menus onto Zotero's own menu system and removes two tools that no longer fit.

• Refolio's menus now use Zotero's built-in menu system. In the item context menu, Refolio and Link Items are submenus whose entries grey out when the selection doesn't fit, instead of disappearing. Favourite collections have their own submenu in the collection context menu.
• Remove the Preference Manager (Settings import / export). It read and rewrote the preferences of every installed add-on, its exports could include their API keys, and its window opened empty.
• Remove Customise menus. Context menu items it hid are shown again.
• Clear the stored values of settings that no longer have any effect from your profile.
• Citation prompts for newly added papers and colour-name tags for new annotations no longer stop partway when one of the items has already been deleted.
• Update the bundled libraries, including zotero-plugin-toolkit 5.2.0.

Tested in Zotero 10.0.5.

Refolio 1.2.0

Refolio 1.2.0 redesigns the settings page and introduces a new icon.

• Settings now follow Zotero's own layout. Each feature shows its switch, a one-line description and its options together, rarely used options fold under More options, and switching a feature off greys its options out.
• Find any Refolio option with Zotero's settings search. The separate Refolio search box is gone.
• Pick colors with a color picker, see errors next to the field that caused them, and restart Zotero from the settings page when a change needs it.
• Remove settings that no longer had any effect, including Recent items. Values already stored in your profile are kept.
• Open the Preference Manager directly from its feature in settings.
• Redraw the Refolio icon and remove unused files, making the plugin about 0.4 MB smaller.
• Add feature descriptions in all five interface languages.

Refolio 1.1.0

Refolio 1.1.0 adds persistent citation relationships and improves graph controls and settings.

• Save citation directions alongside Zotero Related Items. Fetch references from Crossref or add citations manually, including papers without DOIs.
• Choose whether to update citations when adding papers or opening an empty citation graph, with separate remembered choices for each prompt.
• Use a single Citations view, choose which graph categories to show, and access Update citations, Add citation, and Fit as separate actions.
• Fix dropdowns in settings, journal labels, graph filters, and genealogy with native Zotero controls.
• Introduce a new Refolio icon and update all five interface translations.
