ProxyFill-Companion GUI update

ProxyFill Companion console app, now with a new CUI powered by Terminal.Gui

How To Run:

Mac OS:

Extract the zip
Run "chmod 755 ProxyFill-Companion" to set the file as executable.
Run "./ProxyFill-Companion"
Windows:

Extract the zip
Run ProxyFill-Companion.exe

App Instructions:
Paste in the .json file that ProxyFill generates.
App will ask you what DPI to use for compression, enter 300, 600, or 1200.
Allow the app to download all the images.
App will prep the PDF needed to submit order with DriveThruCards.
