Adds the CS0234 'Debug' does not exist in 'Starhelm' entry to Troubleshooting: 0.8.0 renamed that namespace to Starhelm.Diagnostics, which breaks a buyer's using directive with nothing on the page to explain it. Corrects the pinned version (v0.10.1 to v0.11.0) and the test count (86 to 152).

Update for 0.10.x: Dashboard replaces the Hub The Hub became the Dashboard in 0.10.0 and every page still named it. Rewrites the Editor Windows page around the tabbed dashboard, routes the Quick Start through it, and documents Create all, the demo behaviour graph and Drive this AI. Also corrects the Debug folder (now Diagnostics), the pinned version example (v0.8.2 to v0.10.1), the removed product PDF, and the schedule wording: hours no slot covers are off duty.
