OwnMate CLI / MCP v0.2.2 preview

• Per-command --help / -h, status --json, and pairing reason / nextAction.
• pair --setup completes verified trusted setup and exits; pair --serve retains same-process MCP and temporary sessions.
• pair status|replace --session ID --json: the live owner confirms pending cancellation before displaying a new code. An approval-winning race finishes the original grant, never revokes it.
• Bounded expiry renewal (three codes / fifteen minutes), classified transient retries, and unchanged original grant deadlines.
• Deterministic --qr-output FILE.svg; locally convert the current generation to a PNG image attachment. Do not paste character QR codes or use online/generative conversion.
• Pairing secrets/private keys remain in owner memory. Local status is not evidence of current server authorization or native credential availability.

Unsigned preview binaries; verify the matching SHA-256. CLI-only Linux, macOS Apple Silicon and Windows x64 packages. No App/backend source or private repository history is published. Three-platform CI, synthetic state/file/network tests and isolated Mongo evidence do not replace real credential-store, phone approval or MCP Host acceptance.

Read the repository AGENTS.md and README.md before installation. Linux needs its actual missing runtime libraries and native credential environment checked; do not elevate privileges silently or weaken credential protection. Only the user approves permissions on the phone. Backend pending cancellation requires the compatible API; existing grants are not expanded or rotated.
